You make the Matchbox as you normally would to completion, then for the top of the hat, you will cut a square 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 , Pierce a whole in the center and put your tassle on with the brad!! I used sticky tape to put the whole thing together!!

In my humble opinion, Stampin' Up! came up with some amazing "Men Occasion" stamps in the summer mini!! I am so excited, since I am surrounded by all men in my life, I have been waiting for a long time! Anyway, that being said, I just love this new "The Open Sea" stamp set!
